Smart Luggage was designed as a specific Travel Insurance for lost luggage and personal belongings.
HOW IT WORKS
Receieve £50 if luggage is delayed and cannot be located at the destination airport*
48 hours after notifying Smart Luggage that their luggage has still not returned, an additional £500* is then paid
Included on all Gold policies and available to add on to Silver and Bronze

FAQ’S
- Smart Luggage is administrated by Financial & Legal Insurance Company Limited
- You can claim for lost luggage on your Travel Insurance typically after 21 days with majority of airlines now declaring an item lost until the 22nd day
- Smart Luggage deems an item lost if it cannot be located at the destination airport within 48 hours of notifying them, with an automatic payment directly into a nominated bank account
